- Copyright of all resulting photos/videos is the property of Language Circle.

- I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished material which includes my likeness, and I understand that Language Circle is under no obligation to provide electronic copies of the resulting images and other material.

- I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of this material.
‍
- Photos and videos may be used for up to 18 months for children and up to five years for adults.
‍
- I can withdraw my consent at any time by emailing support@languagecircle.co.nz, however I understand that any published material will not be retroactively recalled if I choose to withdraw my consent.

- The personal details provided in are confidential and will be stored securely by Language Circle.
